The process of joining involves attending a prospective member orientation, verification by a professional of your single parent status, and payment of annual dues in the amount of $38.
Prospective members may obtain information about new member orientations by calling the Chapter 60 24-hour answering service, (301) 588-9354.
Information packets may be requested at this number. Membership applications are available at the orientations, and dues are generally submitted along with the application.

Prospective members who have applied are provided temporary passes for attendance at Chapter 60 activities. Full membership is recognized once the verification of single parent status has been completed.
Membership cards are mailed approximately 3 - 6 weeks following application submission. Full member status accords an individual voting privileges in PWP affairs as well as other rights of membership as outlined in the PWP bylaws.
